Case study of next-generation small-scale methane fermentation system.
Introduction of a case study for a small-scale sewage treatment plant processing 2 tons of sewage sludge (dewatered cake) per day.
We would like to introduce a case study of our "next-generation small-scale methane fermentation system." In a small sewage treatment plant with a processing capacity of less than 5,000 m³/day and 2 tons/day of sewage sludge, we installed an FRP tank-type fire extinguishing tank, an MF membrane separation tank, and fermentation tanks for the methane fermentation system. The digestate is converted into recycled water and concentrated bio-liquid fertilizer, which is then applied to onion fields as effective liquid fertilizer. Additionally, the biogas (digestate gas) is utilized in the adjacent plant factory through a generator, making it a regional resource recycling hub. 【Case Overview】 ■ Installation Location: Small Sewage Treatment Plant ■ Installed Equipment - FRP Tank-Type Fire Extinguishing Tank - MF Separation Tank - Next-Generation Methane Fermentation System Fermentation Tank (Fire Extinguishing Tank) 30m³ × 2 layers *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
